3 basic things i learned at school.
add butter or bacon fat to EVERYTHING
layer your flavors (say you’re cooking meat and there’s dark stuff at the bottom of the pan, add some wine and keep that shit, its flavor)
remember to add salt (not that idonized crap) and experiment with lime and add it to brighten your food up
